Case Valio - Integration of Automation and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Product quality and traceability requirements are at a very high level at Valio, consequently efficient and reliable data transfer between different systems is crucial. To meet this need Prosys developed integration software between automation and manufacturing execution systems, based on the OPC UA standard.
Case Adpap - Application for Handling Recipes for Chemical Processes
Prosys designed and developed with Adpap a recipe handling application, which is used to manage the recipes of chemical processes. The application provides a web browser based user interface for defining the ingredients, production units and process cells of a chemical plant. The implementation is based on Delphi and Prosys Sentrol, a leading SDK (software development kit) for OPC client, server and application development.
Case Metso Automation - Windows applications for industrial automation
Metso’s automation business line customers are oil and gas industry, pulp and paper industry, power production, industrial gas and alternative fuels. Prosys designed and developed software for the diagnostics and management of valve controllers and valves for Metso. In another project a communication module for machine vision system was developed.
Case Neste Jacobs - Communication Solution for Process Industry
Neste Jacobs is the Nordic region’s leading provider of technology, engineering and project services for the oil and gas, biorefining, petrochemicals and chemicals industries, including also the utilities and life science sectors. Prosys has worked with Neste Jacobs to add the new OPC UA communication protocol to Advanced Process Control system and real-time process database.
Case APE – Solution for electronic business in technical wholesale
Prosys developed an innovative online tool for technical trade and repair workshops in the automotive business. With this solution repair workshops can significantly improve their customer service and purchasing processes.
Case Helprint – Data acquisition and production monitoring for the printing industry
The Helprint printing house and Prosys developed together a solution, which integrates ERP system and press room operations, and renews production data acquisition, monitoring and reporting. The new system streamlines processes and reduces the number of applications used for reporting.
Case Biocid - Control system for industrial hygiene solution
Prosys supplied the control and monitoring software for BIOCID dry disinfection solution. Prosys was also responsible for the new graphical user interface which was based on touch screen technology. With the graphical user interface we can control the cleaning system, monitor areas, create timings for devices and view the log files.
