Neste Jacobs has adopted the new OPC UA technology for their process control, calculation and optimization solutions, which are used in refineries and petrochemical plants around the world. OPC UA improves data transfer and data security in process automation, and also reduces application development costs and simplifies system architecture. Prosys has developed the required OPC UA solution in close co-operation with Neste Jacobs.
