Customer satisfaction survey results
In April and May, Prosys surveyed customer needs and the factors affecting the selection of an IT partner in its customer companies. In addition we researched customer satisfaction in different Prosys service sectors and collected new ideas for service development and customer communications.
Respondents brought up the leadership and management within their own organization as the major challenge for software development. Key points also included resource allocation, decision making process, specifications and the need to change working methods to match new software solutions. Most important qualities of a software supplier were efficiency/productivity, and reliability in delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Technology expertise, plus quality of end products and collaboration were also listed high.
According to the survey results, customer satisfaction is good. The strengths of Prosys, as listed by customers, were technology expertise, project skills, agility, flexibility and activity in communication.
The survey was conducted by Evida Ltd using partly structured phone interviews.
