ICT Priorities 2011
ICT priorities of IT and business management in Finnish SMEs, large enterprises and public organizations were studied in the spring 2011. IT and business line managers were also asked about their opinions on the role of ICT in their organizations.
The main conclusions of the study were:
- Quality improvement of ICT services is the business management’s top priority.
- Business benefits are now sought after by investing in new solutions that support customer relationship development, growth and expansion to new market or product areas.
- The requirement of cost-effectiveness in ICT projects is high.
